Kingdom Creatives LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates estatesalebiz.com and its subdomains (the “Platform”). This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us

• Account and contact information: name, business name, email address, phone number, mailing address.
• Purchase information: the territory or package you selected, transaction amount, and billing details. Payment card numbers are collected and processed directly by Stripe; we receive only a token, the last four digits, card brand, and transaction status.
• Content you upload: sale listings, photographs, descriptions, business logos, and any text you publish to your tenant site or dashboard.
• Communications: messages you send us by email, contact form, or support request.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data: pages viewed, features used, referring URL, timestamps, and actions taken in the dashboard.
• Device and connection data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, and general location inferred from IP (city/region level, not precise GPS).
• Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 6.

Information from third parties

• Payment processor: transaction confirmations, chargeback and dispute notices from Stripe.
• Email platform: delivery, open, bounce, and unsubscribe events from Brevo.

Information we do not collect

We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, financial account numbers, precise geolocation, biometric data, or health information. Please do not send these to us.

2. How We Use Information

• Create and administer your account and provision your tenant site;
• Process payments, issue refunds, and prevent fraud;
• Verify territory availability and enforce territory exclusivity;
• Deliver training materials, templates, and product updates;
• Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries;
• Send transactional email (receipts, account notices, service announcements) and, with your consent where required, marketing email;
• Monitor, secure, debug, and improve the Platform;
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

Legal bases (for users in the EEA/UK): performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Platform, your consent for marketing and non-essential cookies, and compliance with legal obligations.

3. Content Published on Your Tenant Site

If you are an operator, the estate sale listings and business information you publish on your tenant site are public by design. Anything you post there — including photographs of a client's home or property, addresses, and sale dates — can be viewed and indexed by anyone.

You are responsible for obtaining any consent needed from homeowners, estates, and clients before publishing information or images about them or their property, and for complying with privacy and publicity laws that apply to that content.

4. Information Collected by Operators from Their Own Customers

Operators may collect information from their own visitors and clients through their tenant sites — for example, contact form submissions, mailing list signups, or consultation requests.

As between us and the operator, that information belongs to the operator. The operator determines what is collected and how it is used. We host and store it on the operator's behalf and access it only to provide, secure, support, and troubleshoot the service, or where required by law.

If you submitted information to an operator's site and want it corrected or deleted, contact that operator directly. If you cannot reach them, email us at info@kingdom-creatives.com and we will attempt to route your request.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We may also disclose information: to professional advisors (legal, accounting) under confidentiality; in response to a valid subpoena, court order, or legal process; to investigate suspected fraud or violations of our Terms; to protect the rights, safety, or property of any person; and to an acquirer in connection with a merger, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for:

• Strictly necessary — authentication, session management, security, and load balancing. These cannot be disabled.
• Functional — remembering preferences and settings.
• Analytics — understanding aggregate usage so we can improve the product.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies will break login and checkout.

We do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals. Where required, we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as opt-out requests.

7. Email Communications

Transactional emails — receipts, password resets, account and service notices — are part of the service and cannot be opted out of while you have an active account.

Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link in every message. You can also email info@kingdom-creatives.com to be removed. We honor opt-out requests within ten (10) business days.

8. Data Retention

We keep account and content data for as long as your account is active. After termination, we retain:

• Transaction and tax records for at least seven (7) years, as required by law;
• Account records for up to twenty-four (24) months, to resolve disputes and enforce agreements;
• Backups on our providers' standard rotation schedules.

You may request earlier deletion (Section 10); we will honor it except where we are legally required to retain the data.

9. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest for stored data, hashed credentials, role-based access controls, and row-level security on tenant data.

No system is perfectly secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you provide information at your own risk. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and any required regulator as the law requires.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Know / access what personal information we hold about you;
• Correct inaccurate information;
• Delete your personal information;
• Port a copy in a portable format;
• Opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither);
• Limit use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect it);
• Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent;
• Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

You may use an authorized agent, with written permission. EEA/UK residents may also complain to a supervisory authority; California residents may contact the California Privacy Protection Agency.

11. Children

The Platform is intended for adults operating a business. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, email info@kingdom-creatives.com and we will delete it.

12. International Users

We operate in the United States, and information is processed and stored there. If you access the Platform from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. Where required for transfers from the EEA or UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. The “Last Updated” date will change, and material changes will be announced on the Platform or by email before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
